What’s Next
Twenty-plus years in fashion. Buying it, selling it, building a business around it, styling clients through it.
But the real education came from my clients. They weren’t just loyal—they were muses. Every fitting room conversation, every “No, not that. Try this,” every woman who trusted me with the version of herself she was trying to find—that’s what shaped who I am in this industry. They handed me the material to figure out what I wanted to do next.
I also spent a lot of that time thinking about the version I hadn’t built yet. A line of my own. Client relationships that felt personal instead of transactional. A business that moved with my life instead of asking me to be in the same place every day.
Turns out life eventually just hands you the space to go build it.
My son is wrapping up college. My daughter is about to start high school and already chasing her own thing, her own way. Watching that unfold has been one of the best parts of this year. And me? I’m standing here with two decades of expertise, a clear head, and zero patience left for doing things just because that’s “how it’s done.”
My rules. My timing.
AForte is styling, sourcing, and personal shopping—designed to move with my clients, not tied to a storefront. It’s also home to Habits, my own label. Because what we wear tells a story. The rest is just logistics.
Honestly, it feels like grad school again. Everything feels wide open. Looking at the industry and asking myself what I actually want to build—not just what’s next.
I forgot how good that feels.
So happy you’re here for it.
